This is suited to teachers, youth workers, social workers, mental health workers OR anyone wanting to work with trauma-affected people. No prior knowledge or experience is required.

Part 1: Develop a thorough understanding of what trauma is and how it impacts the wellbeing of your clients or students

Part 2: Learn responsive strategies to manage the day to day. Building relationships, co-regulation, de-escalation, unconditional positive regard, rupture and repair

Part 3: Proactive strategies to support and enhance wellbeing of clients, students AND practitioners! All grounded in trauma-informed wellbeing science.
