Trauma-informed staff wellbeing

This FREE session provides an introduction to trauma-informed staff wellbeing. Right now, 'wellbeing 'is a buzz word in workplaces, but not all approaches are equal and many overlook the impact of trauma and vicarious trauma on staff.

In this one hour session, Megan will share an overview of a model of staff wellbeing that has been designed to specifically support those working in complex and trauma-affected settings. This session is ideal for leaders (at any level) working in schools, youth work, social work or mental health care settings.

Megan will be drawing on her professional experience and knowledge to bring the wellbeing model to life with real examples and applicable strategies.

There will be time for a short Q&A before the end of the session
